MF0874-3 course planning in construction

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of building and civil works, specifically in the planning work in construction, within the professional area of projects and follow -ups, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge of planning in construction.

- Analyze the planning/programming processes, valuing its usefulness, comparing the different methods used, and performing simple programs calculations without using specific computer applications. - Analyze the processes associated with the development of construction projects and works, delimiting the phases that compose them and determining the necessary activities to include in their base program. - Determine the activities that make up the design and hiring program of a specific project. - Develop and calculate project and works programs, operating specific computer applications. - Analyze the units that integrate the execution of construction works, describing how, when and for whom they are executed. - Determine the activities that make up the program for the execution and deactivation of a given project. - Describe and apply the monitoring, updating and planning procedures, interpreting the information available and making reports, through office applications, on the state of progress of the projects or works to be controlled. - Monitor, update and review project programs and works, operating specific planning and office applications.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Professional Certificate MF0874_3 Construction Planning, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
