MF1435-3 Course Supervision of cleaning and establishment of communication procedures in the work environment

In the field of sociocultural and community services, it is necessary to know the different fields of cleaning equipment management and organization, within the professional area of consumer services. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to supervise the cleaning work.

The objectives to be achieved by the students of this cleaning work course are the following: - Interpret the concepts of dirt, cleaning, disinfection and hygiene to assess their involvement in the conception of the work plan. - Differentiate the types of materials that cover the surfaces to be cleaned, relating them to the determination of the procedures and techniques that require cleaning. - Define the controls that allow verifying the execution of the work of the professionals, depending on the assigned tasks and the expected results, valuing the choice of tools, products, machinery and accessories to verify their adaptation to the task to be carried out. - Determine the guidelines to be followed to maintain fluid and permanent communication in the work environment, guaranteeing the management of needs and/or conflicts. - Generate action protocols to verify the use of protection equipment, contributing to the safety of cleaning operators.

After carrying out this cleaning work course, you can develop your professional activity in the cleaning and hygienization sector of all kinds of buildings. He directs cleaning equipment in premises, hospitals, health and health and health institutions. You can also dedicate yourself to the sectors of industries, transport elements (land, air, maritime) machines, spaces and facilities, advertising supports and urban furniture.

This training conforms to the training itinerary of the MF1435_3 Training Module Supervision of the cleaning and establishment of communication procedures in the work environment. Certifying having overcome the different competition units included. And is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training. Via for which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This cleaning work course is aimed at the professionals of the world of sociocultural services and the community, specifically in management and organization of cleaning equipment, within the professional area consumer services. And in general to all those interested in acquiring related knowledge to supervise cleaning work.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
