Auxiliary processes operations course: UF0235 Basic Operations of Auxiliary Processes of the Chemical Industry

In the field of chemistry, it is necessary to know the different fields of operations in energy and auxiliary services facilities, within the professional area chemical process. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to operate machines, equipment and facilities for the production and distribution of auxiliary energy and services.

- Identify the most common chemical elements and substances as well as their most usual processes and reactions in the operation of energy facilities and auxiliary services depending on the characteristics of energy (thermal, electrical, others) or service (steam, treated water, among others) to obtain or supply. - Describe the most important physical variables of the general operations of machines, equipment and facilities, production and distribution of auxiliary energies and services.

This professional will exercise their activity in chemical companies in the area of energy and auxiliary services.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF0235 Basic Operations of Auxiliary Processes of the Chemical Industry, belonging to the MF0321_2 Basic Operations of machines, equipment and facilities of production and distribution of energy and auxiliary services, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience Formal, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of chemistry, specifically in operations in energy and auxiliary services facilities, within the professional area chemical process, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge necessary to operate machines, equipment and facilities of production and distribution of energies and auxiliary services and services.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
