Summary
Harassment in the work environment is one of the big problems that many workers in companies face and one of the great challenges that companies have to learn to eradicate. As data, the CCOO union estimates in 15 % of workers in Spain face workplace harassment in their company. This course of management and prevention of harassment in the work environment, develops the set of knowledge established in Law 31/1995, of November 8, on Occupational Risk Prevention, without forgetting our Spanish Constitution where the equality and rights of persons, the Criminal Code in its article 173.1 is guaranteed in its article 173.1 typifies the workplace harassment, we also have the statute of the workers where discrimination is condemned in work.
