Course MF1631-1 user assistance and access control in sports facilities

In the field of physical and sports activities, it is necessary to know the different fields of auxiliary operations in the organization of activities and functioning of sports facilities, within the professional area of recreational physical-sports activities. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for assistance to users and access control in sports facilities. Within the general competition to carry out auxiliary access and circulation control operations in the sports installation and assist users in the use of it.

- Define the different more common access, circulation and evacuation systems and protocols in the different typologies of sports facilities and identify the possible architectural barriers and the means to eliminate them in order to facilitate the displacement and use of the facilities by users that have limitations in their personal autonomy and minors. - Perform control functions in the access, circulation and evacuation of a sports installation, taking care of users in the different incidents that may occur, and inform them to the senior person responsible, to guarantee the safety of users and the quality of the service. - Apply collection and payment procedures, after identifying the requirements and supporting of the operations in relation to the issuers and receivers, performing the necessary calculations to ensure the accuracy of said operation according to the amount of reference. - Apply reception and information techniques to different types of users, according to the guidelines of the sports entity respecting personal image slogans, attention, treatment and service provided. - Apply accompaniment and assistance techniques to users in the area of specific activities and adapted to their capacities and degree of personal autonomy, guaranteeing their participation and safety, in accordance with the protocol established by the entity or by the senior person.

It develops its professional activity on behalf of others, both in the public sphere, the General State Administration, the Autonomous or Local Administrations, as in private entities, whether large, medium or small businesses, in gyms and sports federations, in swimming pools, natural spaces, water parks, sports services companies, active tourism companies, hotels, campsites, spa and spa centers, sports management companies, club management, clubs and associations and associations Deportivo-Recreational and Leisure, neighborhood communities, centers of a superior person.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1631_1_1 user assistance and access control in sports facilities, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of physical and sports activities, specifically in auxiliary operations in the organization of activities and operation of sports facilities, within the professional area of recreational physical-sports activities, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to user assistance and access control in sports facilities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
