It also allows identifying new recruitment, training and development approaches, developing a strategic career and succession plan to cover talent gaps and possess a productive, satisfied and professionally motivated workforce. This course of creation of the talent map in the company will allow you to recognize the importance of the talent map, create an appropriate process, design necessary strategies to achieve a map and actions focused on the need of the company, as well as knowing tools and methodologies that facilitate the company to obtain a beneficial result and thus achieve a competitive advantage in the market.
