Summary
The expansion of the world economy has given way to numerous changes in the commercial business situation, such as fruit shops, fishmongers, butchers,…. The population has been adapted to the disposal of the vast majority of fruit and vegetable products throughout the year, whether of national or international origin. Thus, with this course, sufficient knowledge will be provided to be able to create your own fruit shop.

This course prepares you to create your own futeria, learning to legally constitute a fruit shop, manage in an accounting and fiscal way a fruit shop, knowing the influence of fruiting products in nutrition, knowing how to correctly manipulate food and know some basic notions about first aid.

This course is aimed at all those who are interested, or for their professional field, as well as on a personal level in the creation of their own greengrocer.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
