Importance course of health communication (university degree + 8 ECTS credits)

Professionals who develop their work in health services have to successfully brew in their relationship with patients to achieve the therapeutic objectives they pursue and increase their quality of life. In recent years we attended impassively to an increasingly pronounced distancing between health professionals and their respective patients, resulting in greater general dissatisfaction and a decrease in quality and care quality, and that responds largely to a little training in the development of social and communicative skills and abilities, fundamental to establish effective and successful communications. With this course of “social and communicative skills in health professionals” we will address from this perspective the necessary tools so that these professionals can successfully perform their own work differentiating themselves from other professionals, guaranteeing the acquisition of knowledge, skills and skills for it.

This course aims to train health professionals in the development of the skills and skills necessary to establish effective and effective communications in dealing with patients and thus achieve greater benefits in their quality of life as well as in the performance of health institutions.
