Judicial Expert Course in Personal Data Protection + University Degree in preparing expert reports (double degree with 5 ECTS credits)

The implementation of the forecasts contained in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal data and its development regulations, are today a requirement for our current society. This situation makes training and specialization necessary in the business framework of a complete training in the management and processing of personal data. Our training itinerary aims to offer a judicial expert training in data protection with peronal character in addition to offering proposal for theoretical and practical specialization that qualifies for a quality professional practice and that responds to the demands of the current moment. This judicial expert course contains everything necessary to be able to exercise as a judicial expert, successfully developing this activity, in addition to obtaining the diploma will be able to process the discharge in the courts that it designates. This judicial expert course includes all current legislation in the world of the expertise.

This course enables him to be able to act as a judicial expert in data protection with personal character in the different judicial processes, in addition to knowing, applying and implanting the LOPD in his own company or in other companies in a simple and very practical way. With this judicial expert course you can exercise demands from individuals and societies, administration and justice. The student, at the end of the course, will obtain a diploma that will allow him to register as a professional associate in Aspejure and be able to exercise in the courts and courts. It is a suitable course for access to the lists of the courts.

To judicial experts, professionals who handle data of any level and type and who wish to know, apply and implement the LOPD in their own company or in other companies in a simple and very practical way, or any professional interested in improving their training in this field. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its article 340.1: Experts must possess the official title that corresponds to the subject subject of the opinion and the nature of the latter. If they are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they will be appointed among people understood in those subjects.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
