This master's degree in legal psychology offers you a specialized training in the field. We must know that the configuration of legal psychology is based as a specialty that develops a broad and specific area between the relations of the world of law and psychology both in its theoretical, explanatory and research aspect, as in the application, evaluation and treatment. It includes the study, explanation, promotion, evaluation, prevention and, where appropriate, advice and/or treatment of those psychological, behavioral and relational phenomena that affect the legal behavior of people, through the use of methods of scientific psychology and therefore covering different fields and levels of study and intervention. This master in legal psychology will deal with both legal, penitentiary and forensic psychology.

The present master in legal psychology prepares him to know the fundamental aspects of legal, forensic and penance psychology to be able to implement all that knowledge in real life.

The present master in legal psychology is aimed at psychologists and/or university degrees in the subject subject of the course, and in the event that the subject is not included in any professional degree is also addressed to any professional or person who wishes to obtain the necessary knowledge to be able to intervene as an expert in courts, courts of justice, especially in the criminal and civil spheres. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its article 340.1: Experts must possess the official title that corresponds to the subject subject of the opinion and the nature of the latter. If they are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they will be appointed among people understood in those subjects.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
