Master Sport Management Management: Master in Sports Management. Sport Management + 5 ECTS credits

The performance of any activity requires the knowledge and management of the appropriate tools, in the case of sports facilities, they are required of specific knowledge in this area in order to perform said function with the greatest guarantees regarding the management, direction, planning, coaching and labor advice. In addition, the administrative management necessary for the performance of this activity indistinctly carrying it out autonomously or contracted should be taken into account.

The present Master has as its main objective to provide the student with the technical and theoretical training necessary for the direction and management of any institution related to sports and physical activity, as well as the application of the knowledge acquired in relation to human resources and personnel management within them. In addition, it provides a solid basis of labor regulation, contracting and preparation of payroll through the most efficient and used programs and resources in the sector.

This master is aimed at university degrees from the branch of physical activity, business administration and human resources, and in general to those who like sport and see in this, a work alternative, as well as professionals in this field with concerns and aspirations regarding the management and management of any institution, club, entity and company related to sport and physical activity.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
