MF0116_2 Course: Mechanical assembly and maintenance

Within the world of installation and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields of mechanical maintenance and assembly of industrial equipment, within the professional area machinery and industrial equipment. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for mechanical assembly and maintenance.

- Identify the mechanisms of mechanical and electromechanical groups of machines. - Interpret and elaborate, sketch of sets, parts and schemes of hydraulic and tire of machinery with the required precision. - Perform assembly and disassembly operations of mechanical and electromechanical elements of machines and the functional tests of the sets. - Apply assembly techniques for the construction of hydraulic and tire systems for machines performing its tuning. - Perform, with precision and safety, adjustment operations and regulation in mechanical, hydraulic and tire systems. - Diagnose faults in hydraulic and tire mechanisms and circuits of the machines. - Diagnose the status of the elements and pieces of machines applying measurement and observation techniques. - Perform maintenance operations, which do not involve replacement of elements. - Apply maintenance techniques, which involve replacement of elements.

This technician will be integrated into the maintenance services of machinery and industrial equipment of the various productive sectors and, in the sector of the manufacture of equipment, in the mechanical stationary assembly processes of the machinery, in the assembly and installation processes in plant of the same and in the post -sales services, performing technical client assistance, always depending organically of an intermediate command. It can also be integrated as automated production lines, responsible for maintaining them.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0116_2 Mechanical Mechanical Module, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of installation and maintenance, specifically in maintenance and mechanical assembly of industrial equipment, within the professional area machinery and industrial equipment, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the assembly and mechanical maintenance.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
