MF0241-2 Course Information and Customer Service / User

We live in a consumer society in which the fact of selling is increasingly valued, since this is to meet the needs of the client, which, in turn, are getting older and more complex. Therefore, it is important to acquire knowledge related to the management of care and customer/consumer service techniques to execute the actions of the customer/consumer service/user service properly.

- Analyze the characteristics of a company / organization to transmit the most appropriate image. - Apply the appropriate procedures for obtaining information necessary in the quality control management of the service provided by a company/organization. - Apply communication techniques in customer service / advice. - Apply information organization techniques, both manual and computer. - Manage as user computer applications for customer control and monitoring or database and apply procedures that guarantee the integrity, safety, availability and confidentiality of stored information.

This course will provide students with the necessary knowledge to carry out auxiliary operations for sale. This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0241_2 training module and customer/user service. Certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023 It develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals from the world of sales who want to enhance distribution, advertising,…. Whether professionals or not from this commercial field, the course is addressed to all those interested persons to expand their skills and knowledge regarding providing information and customer/user service.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
