MF0875-3 COURSE COST CONTROL IN CONSTRUCTION

One of the most important parts in any work carried out is the cost of construction projects, since knowing these costs is essential for good management. Therefore, it is vitally important to specify, monitor and update cost planning and control, as well as control of the documentation generated, in projects and construction works, throughout all phases of the process and following the established indications. With this course the student can acquire the necessary knowledge and skills related to the control of construction costs.

- Analyze the cost control activities of a company, valuing its usefulness, describing concepts, methods and procedures, and detecting the usual defects in its application. - Describe the cost control process within the environment of a construction project from its conception to its deactivation, differentiating its scope according to the different phases of the project. - Analyze the process of contracting works and services in the construction sector, specifying, both the stages in their development and the documentation managed during them, and formulating criteria for comparison of offers. - Generate budgets, hiring lots, comparative tables and reports, operating spreadsheets and measurement computer applications. - Describe the payment procedures to suppliers in the construction sector, specifying the usual fractions and deadlines. - Analyze how project modifications affect the cost control system, describing the resolution procedures and associated documentation, and formulating criteria for assessing new units. - Generate certifications, costs and reports, operating spreadsheets and measurement computer applications.

Cost planning and control area, as a salaried worker in small, medium and large companies.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0875_3 training control module, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls The different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at those edification and civil works professionals, specifically within the professional area of projects and monitoring of works, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to construction cost control.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
