MF0876-3 Documentary Control Course under construction

This course is aimed at those edification and civil works professionals, specifically within the professional area of projects and monitoring of works, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to documentary control under construction.

- Analyze the documentary control techniques applicable in projects of a varied nature, valuing its usefulness, describing concepts, methods and procedures, and detecting the usual defects in its application. - Determine the applications of documentary control within the environment of a construction project/work, from its conception to its execution, identifying the actions in each phase. - Analyze and describe through flow diagrams the exchanges of information and documentation involved in the different processes of projects/construction works. - Identify the specific formats used in construction and the essential elements of its identification and coding, describing the properties that coding systems must meet. - Describe the reports with which the exchange of documentation and both tabular and graphic representations are controlled, valuing the role of information and communication technologies in document management. - Operate a document control system by carrying out the physical and computer file of the documents and generating basic formats and reports, using office or specific application management applications.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0876_3 Documentary Control under construction, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
