MF1009_3 Course and International Buying Sale

In the field of the world of trade and marketing it is necessary to know the different fields in marketing and international sale within the professional area marketing and public relations. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for international negotiation and sale.

- Identify customers and/or potential suppliers, in accordance with the established criteria, for the achievement of the organization's commercial objectives. - Contact customers and/or suppliers, in accordance with the established procedures, taking into account the characteristics of the country/culture in question, for the development of commercial activity. - Participate in certain aspects of the negotiation of the international sale operation within the established limits and criteria, to agree on the framework of commercial relationship conditions. - Manage the pre -contract and/or international sale contract for the closure of the negotiation, complying with the international contracting regulations, in accordance with the established procedures, uses and customs. - Control the development and evolution of product/ service sales in international markets, checking that agreed conditions with customers or distributors are met to achieve the planned objectives.

It develops its professional activity, on behalf of others and own, in the Export and Import Department of any company, in intermediary companies of international trade such as traffic agencies, commercial agencies, customs agencies, commercial advisory companies, importers, exporters, distributors-commercializers, associations, institutions, and other governmental and non-governmental organizations that make international transactions.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1009_3 Training and International Survey Different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of trade and marketing specifically in marketing and international sale within the professional area marketing and public relations, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to international negotiation and sale.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
