MF1030_3 Course the children's game and its methodology

The first years of life are, without a doubt, the most influential period, because that is when the foundations of personality and feelings are forged and a whole series of vertiginous physiological and cognitive changes occur. In the development of all these capacities, playful activity plays a crucial role, the game is, in effect, an activity inherent in human nature and fundamental for the correct progression of the evolutionary course. Given the pedagogical relevance of the game and the toy at this stage, educators must know how to select it and use it in the most convenient way to extract from it all its didactic value. This course will provide the student with the skills and knowledge necessary to promote and implement game situations as an axis of activity and child development.

- Recognize the importance of the game and toy in the children's stage taking into account the value it has in child development. - Identify the game as a technique and toy as a resource for the development of creative recreational projects with boys and girls from zero to six years. - Define playful-creative intervention projects that favor the global development of the girl or boy.

It develops its activity in companies or institutions such as: children's schools, educational centers, children's leisure center, school farms, protected minors centers, hospital classrooms, play libraries, libraries. Its activity is located in areas of design, programming, development and evaluation of teaching activities and formal and non -formal education activities. It is located, fundamentally in the programming, organization, development and evaluation functions of the different intervention proposals. Its activity is regulated by the educational administration.

This course will provide the student with the skills and knowledge necessary to promote and implement game situations as an axis of the activity and child development. The present training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1030_3 training module the children for which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

Aimed at people who want to guide their future work in the child education sector, or those who want to update their professional knowledge.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
