MF1040_3 course: conflict management and mediation processes

At present, in the world of sociocultural services and the community and within the professional social area, more specifically in community mediation it is very important to know the different processes. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the management of conflicts and mediation processes.

- Register and analyze the characteristics of the conflict assessing the disposition of the parties involved to participate in the intervention process. - Orient and evaluate whether the conflict is likely to go through a mediation process or if it is necessary to derive it to other existing services in the community. - To refer to other competent citizen service services, such as: Family, Criminal or Labor Mediation Services, if the nature of the conflict requires it to adapt the action to the need detected. - Collect the voluntariness of the parties involved in the mediation process, previously informing them of its characteristics to guarantee their disposition. - Select and apply the appropriate models and techniques to the characteristics of the situation you want to address. - Perform the mediation process with the parties involved in the conflict taking into account their interests.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1040_3 training module and mediation processes certifying having exceeded the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who dedicate themselves to the world of sociocultural services and the community, more specifically to community mediation, within the professional area Social Attention that intends to obtain knowledge related to conflict management and mediation processes.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
