MF1218_3 Quality Management of Services supported by the Communications Network

In the field of computer science and communications, it is necessary to know the different fields of the management and supervision of alarms in communications networks, within the professional area communications. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to manage the quality of the services supported on the communications network.

- Identify the measurement parameters of the performance of a communications network, and monitor the quality level of the services it provides following technical and functional specifications. - Apply administration procedures for the tool or performance management system in order to collect, treat and store quality metrics and statistical accountants of the communications equipment, according to given technical and functional specifications. - Apply filtering and information extraction procedures using consultation languages and specific tools provided by the performance management system, to generate statistics that evaluate the level of quality of services. - Identify the creation and publication software tools of specific reports of the management system, and prepare and publish quality reports of the network and services, according to specified needs.

It develops its professional activity in public or private companies or entities, both on their own and on behalf of others, of any size, that have communications network infrastructure and offer communications services, in the networks of supervision of networks and support for customers.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1218_3 Training Module. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of computer science and communications, specifically in management and supervision of alarms in communication networks, within the professional communications area, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the management of the quality of the services supported by the communications network.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
