MF1445-3 Course Evaluation of the Teaching-Learning Process in Professional Training for Employment

The evaluation can be defined as “a systematic activity integrated in the training process, whose purpose is the improvement of the same through a knowledge, as accurate as possible, of the students in all aspects of their personality and a tight information about the training process and on personal and environmental factors that affect it”. Throughout this course, guidelines are developed to carry out this type of evaluation correctly.

- Analysis of the principles of the evaluation, of the ways that can be adopted based on its purpose and the corresponding means to carry it out - Development of theoretical evaluation tests for the students - Preparation of practical tests according to the modality of teaching teaching - Knowledge of how to carry out the analysis of the information obtained during the training process - learn to perform the interpretation of the results obtained in the evaluation tests

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1445_3 Training Module Evaluation of the Teaching-Learning Process in Professional Training for Employment Certifying having exceeded the different Units of Competition In it included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non-formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

All people who develop their work within the scope of professional training for employment and anyone who is interested in knowing how the evaluation of the teaching process is carried out in training actions for employment

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
