Mortem inspection course for operators: MF2132_3 inspection "against mortem" of animals and other operations prior to sacrifice

In the field of Agrarian, it is necessary to know the different fields of assistance in health controls in slaughterhouses, hunting manipulation establishments and exploded rooms, within the professional livestock area. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to perform the initial inspection examination "against Mortem" of animals, controlling the operations prior to sacrifice.

- Apply controls related to the accompaniment documentation and the identification of animals present in the slaughterhouse required by the regulations, indicating the actions derived from the results of said controls. - Specify controls required by the regulations on health and animal welfare in relation to the conditions of transport and discharge of animals - Apply inspection procedures for animal stabulation conditions taking as reference the regulations. - Distinguish symptoms of disease, anomalies or incidents in stabulated animals indicating how they should communicate to the superior responsible for health controls for opinion.

He develops his professional activity as a dependent worker, being part of an inspection team, in slaughterhouses in which abasting animals (ugulated, birds, lagomorphs) and breeding hunting are sacrificed and slaughtered, enchanted one of the areas of the sacrifice and slaughter line: reception of animals, stunning, sacrifice, bleed of channels, in exploded rooms in which they bonate, win and prepare channels and in hunting manipulation establishments where hunting and flesh are prepared, under the supervision and guidance of the person responsible for health controls.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2132_3 inspection "Mortem" of animals and other operations prior to sacrifice, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of Agrarian, specifically in assistance in health controls in slaughterhouses, hunting manipulation establishments and exploded rooms, within the professional livestock area, and to all those interested in acquiring necessary knowledge to perform the initial inspection examination "before Mortem" of animals, controlling the operations prior to the sacrifice.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
