Postgraduate in didactic programming and preparation of means and resources in professional training for employment

The professional training subsystem for employment is made up of the set of instruments and actions that are intended to boost and extend between companies and occupied workers a training that responds to their needs and contributes to the development of an economy based on knowledge. With this course you learn to carry out the didactic programming process for a training activity, while providing the necessary knowledge in this area on the certificates of professionalism and the elaboration of means and resources used in the professional training for employment.

- Select, adapt and/or elaborate graphic materials, in different types of supports, for the development of the contents according to technical and didactic criteria. - Use media and graphic resources according to methodological and efficiency criteria. - Select, adapt and/or elaborate audiovisual and multimedia material for the development of the contents according to technical and didactic criteria. - Use audiovisual and multimedia media and resources attending to the form of training, methodological and efficiency criteria. - Identify the regulations linked to professional training for employment - Establishment of methodological coordination guidelines adapted to the corresponding training modality - Development of the didactic programming of a training action based on the modality of delivery and the characteristics of the recipients - Development of a temporary didactic programming - Learning of the development of the programmed didactic units and sequencing of content and activities.

This postgraduate degree in didactic programming and the elaboration of means and resources in the professional training for employment, offers specific training in the guidelines and methodology used in the elaboration of a didactic programming and the resources and means for employment training.

This course is aimed at all people who develop their work within the scope of professional training for employment and anyone who wants to enter the learning of the didactic programming of training actions and the elaboration of means and resources aimed at professional training for employment.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
