Being the bandages one of the most used techniques in traumatological, rheumatological and orthopedic physiotherapy, this course is intended in kinesiology, functional bandage and kinesiotaping that students know thoroughly the so -called “functional bandages”. The way in which this method optimizes the functional recovery process in the aforementioned conditions makes them very necessary in the clinical practice of conventional physiotherapy, and essential in the day -to -day life.

- Describe what the neuromuscular bandage, its physiological effects and practical applications is. - Appoint some of the practical applications most used in the neuromuscular bandage. - Solve frequent pathologies by applying a neuromuscular bandage. - Make neuromuscular bandages knowing the basic aspects of each of them. - Prevent subsequent injuries or immobilizations of the injured joints with the use of neuromuscular bandage. - Describe what the neuromuscular bandage or kinesiotaping is, its physiological effects and practical applications. - Appoint some of the practical applications most used in the neuromuscular bandage or kinesiotaping. - Solve frequent pathologies by applying a neuromuscular bandage or kinesiotaping. - Make neuromuscular bandages knowing the basic aspects of each of them. - Prevent subsequent injuries or immobilizations of the injured joints with the use of neuromuscular bandage or kinesiotaping. - Know the biomechanics of the ankle, the biomechanics of the preventive functional bandage, and the basic manufacturing types. - Study the different protocols. - Learn to carry out methodological studies in this area of knowledge. - Know the soil reaction forces in flat feet and cavos. - Study sex differences during the damping of falls in jump test - Study sex differences in soil reaction forces in six types of damping. - Know the elastic and not elastic bandage.

This course in kinesiology, functional bandage and kinesiotaping will provide the student with the necessary, theoretical and practical knowledge, to use functional bandages in both preventive and therapeutic applications. The student will know the purpose of each of the different types of functional bandages and thus be able to apply them specifically to the associated pathology.

This course in kinesiology, functional bandage and kinesiotaping is aimed at professionals in the sector as well as for trained people who want to specialize in bandage techniques to develop professionally in this environment.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
