Practical course: financing instruments

The management of financing in an organization is one of the most transcendental functions in the business field, since it helps maximize the financial resources available. In addition to considering it fundamental for the growth of a certain company, financing can also be one of the most important pitfalls that organizations run. For this reason, the training we offer aims to achieve proper functioning in the financial field, therefore, attending to accounting and financial analysis, provisional accounting or computer applications available for accounting and budgetary analysis, which will help an optimization of the process, through the correct use of the different instruments used to achieve said purpose.

- Acquire basic notions that allow to know the real situation of the company, to, once the diagnosis, compare the different financing offers and decide which one that best suits the particular situation of each company. - Know the main indicators of indebtedness and solvency of the company, know the economic profitability of the investment made in the company. - Be up to date on financing of operations with the outside, know the risks that exist in this type of operations, and know the means of payments. - Learn different types of financing existing, both in the long and short term, and know the advantages and disadvantages of each.

It develops its activity in the Financial Department in large companies or the Department of Administration in SMEs, both public and private, exercising its competencies under supervision that, depending on the degree of development of the same can be from the owner or manager of the company, head of the financial department, head of administration, controller or treasurer. It could develop certain activities in financial sector entities.

This course will provide students with the knowledge necessary to correctly use and manage the financing instruments most used to manage information and contracting financial resources and control the treasury and their budget. As well as knowing with more details the market and the existing, public and private financial instruments, available to companies, and the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages they present.

This course is aimed at all professionals in the business sector in general who wish to complete or expand their training in relation to activities related to companies financing, specifically with the use and management of different instruments. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
