SUPERIOR COURSE IN CLAUSES SOIL AND TAKING OF REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS + UNIVERSITY TITLE

The great economic crisis of 2008 has greatly altered the real estate sector in Spain. Following that event, the soil clause is included in most mortgage contracts and establishes a minimum interest to pay, regardless of interest marked by the market. Also the Real Estate Tax (IBI) or the Economic Activities Tax (IAE), have undergone modifications and it is necessary to know how the different real estate operations are taxed to have a complete vision of taxation in the real estate sector.

- Analyze the procedural aspects related to the exercise of the nullity action of the soil clauses. - Study the effects and scope of the nullity of the expenses clauses in mortgage loans. - Know the different direct and indirect taxes that can tax all real estate operations. - Emport the students to carry out tax planning on the different real estate operations. - Learn to liquidate and manage local taxes. - Know the impact of taxes on the accounting of the company, the way of accounting for them and the compatibility of fiscal norms.

This course aims to train fiscal advisors and lawyers with the objective of improving the advisory and taxation service of real estate operations. On the other hand, those professionals in the real estate sector who work daily with this type of operations will be able to expand their knowledge with knowledge about the soil clause, indispensable for the management of nullity actions on soil clauses.

Aimed at professionals from the legal, banking sector, real estate agents and professionals in the sector as well as any other interested party who wants to specialize in the management of land clauses, mortgage expenses and taxation of the real estate sector.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
