UF1918 COURSE Relaxation and meditation in Yoga

Yoga is undoubtedly considered one of the best disciplines for health care. It is much more than a physical exercise, because it also involves our mental and spiritual state. While it seems to be fashionable in recent years, it is a discipline practiced since ancient times in India, about 5,000 thousand years ago. Therefore, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to execute the specific techniques of yoga with efficiency and security.

- Dominate mantras, relaxation and internalization techniques specifying elements that compose it and its intentionality, and following the philosophical and ethical principles of the tradition of yoga. - Master Pratyahara, Dharana and Dhyana techniques, and following the philosophical and ethical principles of yoga tradition.

It develops its professional and autonomous activity or on behalf of a program with yoga activities, both in the public sphere, non -governmental organizations, foundations, associations, and in private entities, whether large, medium or small businesses that offer leisure and free time services, tourism and services related to maintenance and body care and personal development. Its activity is carried out in municipalities, associations, gyms, neighbors communities, prisons, educational centers and related facilities, tourism companies, hotels, spas, being able to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF1918 Formative Unit Relaxation and meditation in Yoga, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls The different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all interested persons, either at a professional level or for personal reason in relation to recreational physical-sports activities in general and, more specifically, with Yoga instruction.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
