Summary
With the realization of this course, students will be able to acquire and expand their knowledge directed to the world of small trade, more specifically in those aspects related to quality and proximity services in it. Throughout the course, aspects such as commercial schedules, after -sales assistance, which are understood by quality in the scope of small trade and the strategies that can occur in it, such as the use of new technologies, the management of the waste applied in small businesses, etc.
