UF2714 Course Structuring and Planning of the Emergency System and Civil Protection

In the field of safety and the environment, it is necessary to know the different fields of teleoperations of attention, management and coordination of emergencies, within the professional area security and prevention. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for structuring and planning of the Emergency and Civil Protection System.

- Indicate the main characteristics of the Civil Protection and Emergencies system at the national level. - Recognize the structure, as well as organic and hierarchical relations, of the organisms involved in the national emergencies and civil protection site in Spain. - Recognize the operational, management and coordination models of the different institutions that participate in the resolution of an emergency situation. - Define the structure and relationship of the different Spanish response operational systems. - Differentiate the legal responsibilities of the operators, given the decision making of the Emergency Coordination Center.

He develops his professional activity in Emergency and Emergency Coordination Centers.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the UF2714 training unit Structuring and planning of the Emergency and Civil Protection System certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of safety and environment, specifically in Teleoperations of Care, Management and Emergency Coordination, within the professional area Security and Prevention, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the structuring and planning of the Emergency System and Civil Protection.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
