With this course, the necessary guidelines will be learned to correctly develop this type of physical activity, in addition, continue to extend its benefits to all people who are interested in it. This course is aimed at professionals or future professionals who develop their work within a sports context, and more specifically, within the scope of aerobic physical exercise. The course is also focused for non -expert people who are interested in learning this type of sports or who want to carry it out autonomously.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University and PhD master).
