Summary

Within the world of commerce and marketing, it is necessary to know the different fields of marketing and communication management, within the professional area of marketing and public relations. Thus, with this Master in Marketing Management and Communication Operations it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the organization and control of the Media Plan, more specifically for the Media and Internet Plan.

Goals

- Interpret the current regulations and deontological code regarding advertising and right to consumers information arguing the importance of compliance. - Select the optimal combination of a media plan from the information and control table available and according to the established objectives. - Analyze data and variables of sources of reliable or official media information for the elaboration of a media plan on television, radio, magazines, internet or others. Apply emission control techniques of a conventional media plan using sensory control tools and calculating control and impact ratios. - Determine the structure and critical elements of the "Clipping Press" or informative coverage report in different media. - Apply the protocol and ceremonial standards established in the celebration of the main marketing and communication events and events solving the incidents that usually arise. - Determine the attitudes and aptitudes to adopt in the assistance and coordination of different types of events and acts of marketing and communication. - Characterize events and acts of marketing and communication, depending on different objectives, types of audiences to which it is directed, protocol and administrative procedures necessary for its execution. - Apply statistical data processing techniques to the information available in the SIM to facilitate your analysis, interpretation and subsequent presentation in commercial reports - Prepare reports from the information managed by the SIM for transmission in the appropriate computer and/or physical supports and by the established channels. -Analize the market and services market situation, based on commercial, quantitative and qualitative data, and markets and market studies, drawing conclusions regarding the opportunities, threats, weaknesses and strengths of the organization, in the market. -Analize the factors involved in the product of marketing plans from different product wallets using different instruments such as positioning maps and BCG matrix among others.
