MF0160-2 Course Adjustment of machines and workshop equipment

In the field of wood, furniture and cork, it is necessary to know the different fields of the wooden machining and derivatives, within the professional area of production, carpentry and furniture. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the adjustment of machines and workshop equipment.

- Analyze and describe the processes of wood and board machining (resettlement, sectioned, brushing, rewriting, molded, milling, machining of joints, drilled, turning, plating of songs, calibrated and sanding). - Analyze and describe the manufacturing documentation necessary to perform the wood and derivative machining processes. - Interpret pieces of parts and together, used in the manufacture of furniture and carpentry and deduce the characteristics of the machining processes. - Put the machines and tools for wood machining and boards on conventional machines. - Put the Sierra Estfin to obtain pieces with curves. - Tuning the equipment and techniques of completing templates - marked -trained parts for machining, using the appropriate instruments - List the regulations applicable to the adjustment of conventional machines for wood machines and derivatives in conventional machines specifying them.

It develops its professional activity in the mechanized workshop of large, medium and small businesses, dedicated to the manufacture of furniture or carpentry elements.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0160_2 training module adjustment of machines and workshop equipment, certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of wood, furniture and cork, specifically in wooden machining and derivatives within the professional area of carpentry and furniture production, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the adjustment of machines and workshop equipment.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
