MF0975-2 Course Reception and Communication Techniques

At present, in the world of administration and management and within the professional area of information and communication management, more specifically in administrative activities in the relationship with the client, it is very important to know the different processes for which they are carried out. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the reception and communication techniques.

- Receive visits from internal and external clients of the organization, or from the general public, according to its scope of action, applying criteria for quality of service and protocol, in order to effectively and quickly channel their requests. - Channel oral communications –Thephonic or telematics–, internal or external, from the organization towards adequate recipients, applying internal action protocols and transmitting the best image, to effectively and quickly respond the requests. - Manage the registration and distribution of written communications –Documents and/or conventional or electronic correspondence and parcels received or issued, quickly, efficiently and in accordance with legal and internal norms, to optimize the circulation and availability of information in its field of competence. - Write and complete documents and printed communication or information, official or private, with correction and neatness, fulfilling the instructions received and using the conventional or computer means available, in order to transmit the best image of the organization to its recipients.

This professional develops their activity on behalf of others, in any company or entity of the private or public sector, mainly in a commercial department, a purchasing and/or warehouse department, or in a reception service, registration, claim attention or post -sale care, performing the functions at the request of a higher person in charge.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0975_2 training and communication techniques certifying having overcome the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of administration and management, more specifically in administrative activities in the relationship with the client, within the professional area of information and communication management that intend to obtain knowledge related to reception and communication techniques.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
