MF1799-3 Course and Management of External Auxiliaries

Within the world of administration and management, it is necessary to know the different fields of private insurance and reinsurance and auxiliary activities, within the professional area of finance and insurance. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to properly carry out the management and management of external assistants.

- Analyze the structure of the external auxiliary network in type insurance mediation companies, and their relationship with the processes, insurance marketed and organization of them, and valuing its importance in achieving the objectives. - Propose and assign objectives, client collection and budget actions among the different members of an external assistant network, depending on characteristics and strategies established for distribution in insurance and/or reinsurance mediation companies. - Apply monitoring and control procedures for the execution of customer collection actions and achievement of objectives for an external assistant network in insurance mediation companies, quantifying the reference indicators. - Analyze deviations of customer collection actions in a network of external assistants and their results, from the ratios and reference indicators, deducing cosible corrective measures. - Analyze the quality control procedures and improvement of the services provided by the Network of External Auxiliaries, carrying out evaluations of the performance of the members. - Apply communication techniques and strategies, conflict resolution and decision making in type situations, between mediation companies and members of an external assistant network.

People who develop their professional activity on their own and foreign in mediation activities, mediating among the insurance or reinsurance and insured makers of the one, and the insurance or reinsure entities authorized from another, in the insurance or private reinsurer. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1799_3 management and management of external auxiliaries, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of administration and management, specifically in mediation of private insurance and reinsurance and auxiliary activities, within the professional area of finance and insurance, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the address and management of external assistants.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
