Specialist course in ICT in learning second languages + university degree in new technologies applied to education (double degree with 5 ECTS credits)

Today, the new technologies applied to education (NIC) are a basic element to provide students with a teaching-learning process adapted to the reality of the society that surrounds us. New technologies have to be integrated into the curriculum from all areas of education, within an open and flexible educational center. With the realization of this course of specialist in ICT in the learning of second languages + university degree in new technologies applied to education, students will be provided with the knowledge necessary to carry out the integration and incorporation of the NICs in the educational center in an adequate way, in addition to applying ICT in the learning of a foreign language, in this Spanish case.

- Describe and contextualize different concepts related to new technologies applied to education. - Know the basic knowledge about audiovisual literacy and its main elements: video and television. - Identify the main objectives of computer science and its use in educational contexts. - Analyze the didactic applications of computer programs and educational software. - Acquire knowledge about the interactive multimedia systems that can be used in the educational center. - Apply ICT to Spanish learning as a foreign language. - Integration of ICT in the classroom. - Teach training actions through the network. - Apply ICT for students' care with special educational needs.

The course of ICT specialist in learning second languages + university degree in new technologies applied to education is aimed at professionals in the education sector who want to train and learn everything about new technologies in education to adapt their knowledge to the improvement of learning by students.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
