Summary
Properly managing knowledge within an organization regardless of the size of it is something fundamental. It is the only way to avoid losing intellectual capital, regardless of whether we have more technology or different ways of proceeding today, it is important to conserve knowledge, since, not transferring knowledge could cause the repetition of errors or lack of progress, among other risks, within our organization. This course of specialization in knowledge management pretend to train professionals to be able to understand, know and master knowledge management techniques in their organizational and technical aspects, as well as the consideration and knowledge of the basic psychosocial processes linked to it.
