UF0112 Biochemical Analysis Course

In the field of the world of chemistry, it is necessary to know the different fields of chemical analysis, within professional analysis and control. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for biochemical analysis techniques.

- Enter the scientific-technical bases that support the biochemical analysis, relating the type of instrument to the properties that it measures and with the parameters that are analyzed. - Select the appropriate method and technique according to the analysis of the analysis and after the realization of a documentary consultation. - Prepare the planned reagents, samples and equipment, relating the latter and the techniques used in the realization of instrumental chemical analysis, with the parameters of the substance analyzed. - Perform biochemical analysis, for quantitative determinations, fulfilling the principles of good laboratory practices. - Evaluate the validity of the results obtained in the analysis, interpreting the records and informing the results.

In the field of research either in research centers or in companies related to pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemistry, biotechnology, agri -food and clinical biochemistry. In quality management and control, production, product development, projects, in biotechnological companies (pharmaceutical, agri -food, environmental) and in the biosanitary sector (clinical analysis, molecular diagnosis, development and monitoring of new therapies). Complement to teaching in areas of secondary education, technical schools, university schools and universities. Complement to the documentation, information and dissemination of biochemistry and its advances in communication cabinets, companies, scientific foundations, press, television.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0112 Biochemical analysis techniques, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of chemistry, specifically in chemical analysis, within the professional analysis and control, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to biochemical analysis techniques.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
