The food industry is subject to strong control in safety and quality. In spite of this, every year we beat production and exports and is constantly changing and modernization. That is why it is a very demanding sector and must be equipped with the best professionals. With this training, you can learn the main stages for the realization and implementation of an APPCC system that guarantees the quality and safety of both the product and the process, as well as its legal and international contextualization. A cloister of professionals and experts in food quality and safety will help you achieve these objectives and obtain maximum use.

- Know the alterations and contamination of food and determine the causes and types of contamination of these. - Perform and distinguish the cleaning and disinfection procedures identified in the APPCC system. - Differentiate the concepts, levels and cleaning requirements used in the different types of food industries. - Describe the operations, conditions and means used in cleaning facilities and equipment. - Recognize the general regulations and the correct practices guides of the food industries.

With this upper course in quality, hygiene and food safety you will acquire the necessary knowledge for a complete approach to quality and safety within a food company. You will learn the main characteristics for the correct implementation of an APPCC system and quality management that allows you the production and sale of completely safe foods.

The upper course in Quality, Hygiene and Food Safety of Inesem is aimed at those who have an equivalent degree or title in chemistry, biotechnology, biology, agronomist or industrial engineer, veterinary ... etc., as well as any professional who wants to specialize in food quality and safety and its environment as exercise.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
