COURSE MF2184-3 Relationship management and monitoring of the transport service

In the field of trade and marketing, it is necessary to know the different fields of commercial and financial management of road transport, within the professional area of trade and marketing. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the management of customer relations and monitoring of the transport service.

- Characterize the complete and operational process of the different types of transport services in relation to the client from criteria and indicators of quality and customer satisfaction. - Serve different types of customers, applying specific customer service techniques and users, in different situations of the road transport. - Analyze the usual incidents and claims of customers in different types of road transport operations, both travelers and goods, identifying the responsibility of the parties. - Prepare documentation subject to client claims respecting current regulations and internal procedures usually used in companies in the sector. - Perform the necessary efforts for the extrajudicial resolution of incidents and claims, processing the mediation and arbitration processes, in accordance with current regulations.

It develops its professional activity in the public and private sphere, both on their own and on their own, organizing and managing the activity of road transport, in transport companies, logistics operators, loading agencies, transitory or other activities attached to road transport, in direct contact with the client or through information and communication technologies.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2184_3 management of customer relations and monitoring of the transport service, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of trade and marketing, specifically in commercial and financial management of road transport, within the professional area of commercial logistics and transport management, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the management of customer relations and monitoring of the transport service.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
