MF0137-3 Management and Logistics Course in vehicle maintenance

In the field of vehicle transport and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields of planning and control of the electromechanical area. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to manage the maintenance of vehicles and the associated logistics, attending to criteria of efficiency, safety and quality.

- Manage the reception of vehicles, according to customers, applying the techniques and executing the operations involved in it. - Define maintenance processes in the workshop, or where appropriate, introduce modifications to existing ones, in order to achieve the objectives set by the company, taking into account the available human resources and means, as well as the established quality criteria. - Determine the repair times through a study of the process, in order to obtain the productivity set by the company, ensuring that the quality prescribed by the manufacturer is obtained. - Program maintenance operations based on workloads, human resources, facilities and equipment, programming actions and organizing the maintenance of facilities and equipment. - Define and implement a maintenance plan for large fleets or introduce improvements in the established one, depending on the needs raised. - Manage the spare parts area, organizing the physical distribution of the warehouse, controlling stocks and complying with orders. - Comply with and enforce labor safety standards at work, responding in emergency conditions. - Perform proper environmental management of the waste generated in the maintenance and/or vehicle repair operations.

It exercises its activity in the area of electromechanics of large, medium and small businesses dedicated to the manufacture and maintenance of vehicles.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0137_3 management and logistics in the maintenance of vehicles certifying having exceeded the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals from the world of vehicle transport and maintenance, specifically in the planning and control area of the electromechanical area and all those interested in acquiring related knowledge to manage vehicle maintenance and associated logistics, attending to criteria for efficiency, safety and quality.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
