MF1877-2 Course Installation of elevators and other fixed elevation and transport equipment

In the field of installation and maintenance, it is necessary to install and maintain elevators and other lifting and transport equipment within the professional area of machinery and industrial equipment. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the installation of elevators and other fixed elevation and transport equipment.

- Mount subsets and mechanical sets of elevators and other fixed elevation and transport equipment, based on processes, plans and technical specifications, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations, operating conditions, quality and in personal and environmental safety conditions. - Mount electrical elements of elevators and other fixed elevation and transport equipment, based on procedure sheets, plans and technical specifications, guaranteeing the operating and quality conditions, in personal and environmental safety conditions. - Assemble equipment and control systems (pneumatic, electrical, electronic, hydraulic among others) of elevators and other fixed elevation and transport equipment, based on plans, schemes, specifications and technical manuals of the manufacturer, complying with current regulations, in quality conditions, personal and environmental safety. - Perform the interconnection of control, control (pneumatic, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, among others) and electrical protection of elevators and other fixed elevation and transport equipment, based on assembly plans, schemes and technical specifications, complying with current regulations and regulations for prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Perform the previous operating, set -up and security tests of the sub -couples, sets and integral systems of elevator facilities and other fixed elevation and transport equipment, applying the established protocol, complying with the current regulations and conditions for prevention of occupational and environmental risks.

It develops its professional activity in the areas of installation and maintenance of small, medium and large companies, public and private, both on their own and foreign, dedicated to the manufacture, installation and maintenance of fixed equipment and systems of elevation and transport of people and loads.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1877_2 Installation of elevators and other fixed elevation and transport equipment certifying having overcome the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of installation and maintenance, more specifically to the installation and maintenance of elevators and other fixed elevation and transport equipment, within the professional area of machinery and industrial equipment and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the installation of elevators and other fixed lifting and transport equipment.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
