MF2008_2 course and information on the demand for the provision of funeral services and carrying out collection operations

In the field of consumer services, it is necessary to know the different fields of customer service and protocol organization in funeral services, within the professional area of sociocultural services and the community. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the attention and information of the demand for the provision of funeral services and carrying out the collection operations.

- Apply care processes to applicants and/or relatives of funeral services benefits, taking into account quality protocols and the characteristics of their demands. - Determine the demand of applicants and/or relatives attending to the offer of the provision of funeral services and the existence of death insurance policy. - Specify human resources, material means, facilities and elements involved in the provision of a funeral service, preparing a budget and carrying out collection activities.

It develops its professional activity in the funeral sector, both in organizations and institutions of the public and private, on account of others or autonomously. Its activity is carried out under the supervision of the upper person responsible.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF2008_2 -Attention and information on the demand for funeral services and carrying out collection operations, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through of the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the field of sociocultural services and the community, more specifically those linked to operations in funeral services, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the care and information of the demand for the provision of funeral services and carrying out collection operations.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
