Postgraduate in elaboration and use of materials to provide training actions for employment

The training that is carried out today has undergone great advances in terms of the materials used that serve as support for learning. The appearance of graphic resources, of the interactive digital board or virtual platforms (among many others), have generated the need for learning about their correct design, elaboration and use depending on the contents that are intended to be taught. With this course you learn to elaborate and use different didactic materials based on the learning objectives, the tasks that will be carried out and the characteristics of the students, to optimally and adequately and effective the training actions aimed at training for employment.

- Define strategies that facilitate adult learning, prior to training action. Promote the motivation and active participation of students. - Use communication techniques applicable and adapted to training action. - Apply the teaching skills necessary to develop the delivery of training action favoring the teaching -learning process. - Learn to select and/or adapt the didactic materials for the development of learning contents - Learn to elaborate the didactic materials that will be used in the teaching process - Knowledge of the correct use of graphic resources according to methodological and efficiency criteria - Selection and elaboration of adequate multimedia material according to the formative content - Differentiation of teaching materials depending on the form of training.

This postgraduate degree in the elaboration and use of materials to provide training actions for employment, offers specialized training to prepare and use teaching materials to properly impart the training actions aimed at professional training for employment.

All people who develop their work within the scope of professional training for employment and anyone who is interested in learning to elaborate and use didactic resources in a training session.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
