In short, it will provide the student with necessary and current knowledge for the process of training human resources, in all their fields and different training and knowledge models of the current regulations governing the demand training model in companies.

Human Resources Trainer, Personnel Management or Management, payroll administrator, you can perform function in service or productive, public or private organizations, in the strategic areas of human resources, planning and management of the recruitment and selection areas, training and remuneration, organizational development, benefits and compensation, auditing of human resources management and labor relations.

This course prepares you to know in depth all the necessary aspects of human resources training, for better attention, necessary knowledge of e-learning, their financing and legal demand regulations for companies. In short, it will provide the student with the necessary and relevant knowledge to perfect the human resources training activity.

This course is aimed at every professional who needs to discover the basic aspects of human resources management or review the different dimensions of this function, to people with responsibility in the area of people management, as well as persons with average or higher degree that need to be developed professionally in this function and that, in their training plan and professional career, they will be necessary specific knowledge to be able to perform, in an immediate future, functions close to the fields of people management.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
