RSC course and disabled insertion: RSC in the company. The labor insertion of disabled through teleworking

Employment is a scarce good in Spain. People with disabilities suffer even greater difficulties in finding employment than the rest of the population, despite the existence of incentives, subsidies and special employment centers for this group. This course will allow the student to deepen everything related to the intervention and insertion of disabled people in the working world.

- Know the basic regulations applicable in the matter of labor insertion: subsidies, incentives, etc. - Offer tools and methodology for socio -labor intervention. - Sensitize the company on the labor insertion of the disabled collective. - Provide content on the adaptation of teleworking to people with disabilities.

Work as a job orientation technician or as a coordinator of a public or private labor orientation service, as well as in a human resources department, labor insertion company or special employment centers.

This course will lead to an approach to corporate social responsibility as a solidarity business tendency, approaching one of the intervention lines such as the labor insertion of disabled people, specifically through teleworking.

Higher entitled in Labor Sciences, Psychology, Law, Economy, Sociology, and Diplomas in Social Work, Labor, Business, Social Educators and in general all employment professionals and the social area, volunteers and collaborators who work or want to work in the socio -labor intervention of vulnerable people and/or groups, with greater problems for the socio -labor insertion, as is the case of disabilities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
