UF0647 course project planning and works in the design and hiring phases

We are immersed in a society where it is essential to have the necessary skills to opt for the granting of a project, in which the planning and programming of the same will be vital for the achievement of the objective. Competent professionals are needed in planning projects and works in the design and hiring phases, capable of differentiating the different tasks in planning, the methods of representing planning, as well as the different phases in the development of a project. This course provides the necessary tools to develop skills in the area of project and works planning in the design and contracting phase, contributing to achieve greater specification in the field of building and civil works.

- Analyze the planning/programming processes, valuing its usefulness, comparing the different methods used, and performing simple programs calculations without using specific computer applications. - Analyze the processes associated with the development of projects and construction works, delimiting the phases that compose them and determining the necessary activities to include in their base program. - Determine the activities that make up the design program of a specific project, analyzing the work and procedures necessary for the development of the design phase, and comparing with the breakdown structure and the program of a type project. - Determine the activities that make up the program of contracting a given project, analyzing the work and procedures necessary for the development of the hiring phase, and comparing with the breakdown structure and the program of a type project. - Develop and calculate project and works programs, operating specific computer applications.

Project and execution areas, as an autonomous or wage worker in small, medium and large companies.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0647 planning of projects and works in the design and contracting phases, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of building and civil works, specifically in the work planning work in the design and contracting phases, within the professional area of projects and monitoring of works, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge of developments of structural elements.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
