UF1541 trial course by magnetic particles

It is called non -destructive test (ED) to any type of test practiced to a material that does not permanently alter its physical, chemical, mechanical or dimensional properties. The repetitiveness and reliability of non -destructive essays depends largely on the knowledge and ability of the individuals who perform them. For this reason, this course gives the student the knowledge necessary to correctly perform the test by magnetic particles.

- Relate the instruments and equipment with the method of magnetic particles and the techniques used in the realization of the test, according to the characteristics of the object to be tested. - Perform tests through the magnetic particle method, taking the necessary measures to obtain a reliable result. - Determine the critical aspects in the process of carrying out the magnetic particle method, taking the necessary measures to obtain a reliable result. - Interpret the results obtained in the realization of the magnetic particle method, making the corresponding report where the preventive actions of occupational and environmental risks appropriate to the applicable legislation must be reflected.

It develops its professional activity in companies of any size, public and private, on their own or foreign, of different sectors in quality control or in those dedicated to external inspection services, as well as in research centers. Being able to perform its function in the laboratory and with its field team at work, in structures or facilities. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
