Summary
The preparatory and probative activity of a civil process, far from being considered as an accessory procedural activity, has a position of special relevance and natural importance. Most of the time we can find optional actions for the parts of the process, but that are of vital importance for the process as such. With regard to the test, it is a very important activity for the clarification and subsequent resolution of the process. Thanks to this ongoing the preparatory and probative activity of the civil process you can know firsthand the ins and outs of the activity within the civil process, its functions and its principles.
