Summary

The advice within the world of labor law requires a deep continuous training by professionals for their changing regulations. The professional practice of labor advice claims in depth knowledge of the basis of labor law and the different processes in which it has to intervene. The training itinerary of the course in labor advice adapted to labor reform, as well as the recent legislative updates, aims to offer a proposal for theoretical and practical specialization that qualifies for a quality professional practice, which responds to the needs of the current moment. In it we combine the theoretical development and the presentation of practical assumptions that allow quality training.

Goals

- Train in the professional competences necessary for the professional practice of labor advice. - Present the foundations of labor law as a framework for professional activity. - Know the social security system and its protective action. - Describe the different processes of labor management and their practical characteristics. - Offer an advice framework on occupational risk prevention. - Perform an approach to labor conflicts and the reality of mediation.

Professional opportunities

The work outputs that guarantees the training of the course in labor advice will be found in two different areas. On the one hand, the internal scope of societies, within the Department of Human Resources and allowing advise on decision making, and on the other in the external field, being part of professional offices and advice on labor matters.

The course in labor advice will prepare you to face the responsibilities of advice to any type of society, regardless of its corporate purpose, in hiring, occupational risk prevention or conflict resolution. It will allow you to exercise your profession with success guarantees whether it is part of the internal department in human resources of a company as if you work in offices or advice.

The course in labor advice is addressed to both external or internal labor advisors already in the exercise of their profession and to people with diploma studies in labor relations, responsible for human resources, etc. In general, anyone interested in performing functions of labor advice and management.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
