ADGG0108 Course Assistance to the Directorate (Certificate of Complete Professionalism)

In the field of administration and management, assistance to management is necessary, within the professional area Information and communication management. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge of the administration and management of the communications of the management, the management of meetings, trips and events, the elaboration, treatment and presentation of work documents, the professional English and the knowledge of a professional foreign language other than English for the assistance to the management.

- Manage and autonomy managing the communications of the address. - Proactively manage assistance activities for the management in the field of organization - Prepare documentation and professional presentations in different formats. - Communicate in English, with a competent user level C1 (competent user Effective Operational Domain- Advanced Level-), in address assistance activities. - Communicate in a foreign language other than English, with an independent user level B2 (advanced user equivalent to a high intermediate), in address assistance activities.

It develops its professional activity, in large and medium -sized companies, both nationally and multinational, public and private, as well as in public administration and in international and non -governmental international organizations. It is a technician who acts depending on and as an assistant to the management and those responsible for the management and administration bodies, being able to make decisions with autonomy and responsibility by delegation.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Certificate of Professionality ADGG0108 Assistance to the Directorate certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which you will opt for to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different communities. Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of administration and management, more specifically to the assistance to the management within the Professional Area of Information and Communication Management and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the administration and management of the communications of the management, the management of meetings, trips and events, the elaboration, treatment and presentation of work documents, the professional English and the knowledge of a professional language different from the English.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
