Summary

The management of company personnel influences the structure and functions of the Human Resources Department and the entire operation of the company being vital for the success of the same. This course aims to provide the student with the knowledge necessary to carry out the management and administrative control of human resources.

Goals

- Know and manage the main legislative sources of labor law. - Know the different means that are possessed in the human resources departments to be able to change the working conditions of the workers or extinguish their contracts. - Know and handle the protective action of social security in particular, handling all social security benefits, their requirements and the way of quantifying them, the widow's pension, orphanhood and retirement. - Know the different types of social security contingencies for active workers who suffer an accident, a non -professional disease or process. - Know the different types of suspension of the employment contract in the Workers' Statute. - Know how the contract can be extinguished by both the employer and the worker. Knowing how to establish the different compensation and jurisdictional controversies in the social order. - Make pay payments and payrolls. Know how to introduce a temporary disability or a strike process and that this incidence is reflected in the payroll of workers. Also, to be able to handle statistics and reports in the departments of human resources through the program.
